  You will board on a private long tailed boat for a tour on the khlongs (canals) of Thonburi. There, you will watch half riparian communities living in canals’ banks and will understand the close relationship Thai people have with water.

  This excursion depicts very well this characteristic… Bangkok, frantic megalopolis has not lost all its ‘rurality’ yet, nor its inhabitants, for more modern they look like, have completely cut the umbilical cord with their ‘Siamese roots’.

  You will also stop at the hidden museum of the Royal Barges and one of the oldest temples of Bangkok, the impressive Temple of Dawn.

  08h30 or 13h00 (Morning or afternoon tour) Pick-up at the lobby of your hotel by your English speaking guide and driver – Transfer straight to the banks of Chao Phraya River

  -           Embark on your private long tailed boat

  -           Disembark and visit the Temple of Dawn

  -           Resume the tour on Thonburi canals

  -           Disembark and visit the Museum of the Royal Barges

  -           Sail part of Chao Phaya River down
