  Baipai is located in a Thai house, nestled in a pleasant garden in the Northern outskirt of Bangkok. This school is clean, well equipped and surely matches western standards. Half day lessons are given in English only, for a limited number of persons.

   

   

  Each day starts by a visit at the local market close to the school. Courses are given illustrating each day a different menu (from starter to dessert). You will eat the fruit of your own creation whilst interchanging comments and remarks with fellow students and instructors. 

   

   

   

   

  PROGRAM:

  08h30 (Approximately) Pick-up by staff of the school at the reception of your hotel - Joining-up transfer to the school

  -       Visit of the local market, where you will identify local products used in Thai cuisine

  -       Beginning of the technological course, given with practical examples

  -       Practical course where each one cooks a full menu at own cooking unit under chef’s supervision

  -       Meal made out from your own creation

  13h30 (Approximately) End of the course and joining-up transfer back to different guests’ hotels

  14h45 (Approximately) Drop-off at your hotel
