Halong Bay is worldwide known, and its reputation is not usurped... It looks pretty much on the Bay of Phang-nga, in Southern Thailand, although Halong is much more extended… Karstic formations, rocky spurs, mountains, islands or islets topped with tropical vegetation and spread over a placid emerald sea

The different cruises operating in the bay propose different levels of quality, from basic up to high end services… We have chosen a medium quality cruise for this program. Nice vessel, well equipped, very good services, excellent food and a navigation embracing essential spots of the Bay.

PROGRAM

Day 1 Hanoi – Halong

Morning:

Pick-up by your English speaking driver at your hotel and transfer by private vehicle to Halong Bay – Arrival at Hong Gai, at the land installations of the cruise company you will travel with – Check-in, welcome procedure and transfer onboard the junk – Welcome drink and briefing about the program in both English and French

Lunch included and served onboard

Afternoon:

Navigation across the bay of Bai Tu Long – Stop for swimming and visit the Thien Canh Son cave – Relax on the island of Hon Co (swimming, kayak, …) Back onboard – The junk is being moored for the night

Dinner served onboard

Overnight on the Paloma cruise vessel - deluxe ocean view cabin

Day 2 Halong Hanoi

Meals: B / L / -

Breakfast served onboard.

Morning:

Resume navigation across the bay – Visit the village of fishermen of Vung Vieng – Free time at leisure for relaxing or swimming – Navigation back to Hong Gai

Lunch served onboard

Afternoon: Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi, by a/c vehicle – Arrival in Hanoi – Drop-off at the airport or at your hotel
