Day 2 Hue

Morning:

Pick-up by your English speaking guide at the reception of your hotel – Tour by private a/c vehicle – Visit the Purple Forbidden City and the Pagoda of Celestial Lady, overlooking the River of perfumes, and visit the small local temple of Dien Hon Chen

Lunch at leisure and not included

Afternoon:

Resume the visit of historical places of Hue – Visit the superb tomb of Ming Manh (Emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty) – Visit the colorful Dong Ba market – Transfer back to your hotel by end of the day

Day 3 Hue

Morning:

Pick-up by your English speaking guide at the reception of your hotel – Tour by private a/c vehicle – Visit the Imperial Tombs of Lang Khai Din and Lang Tu Duc (superb and wide architectural compound) – Visit the Tu Hieu Pagoda

Afternoon:

Visit the Dien Voi Re (The palace of the Crying Elephants), and the fighting arena of Ho Quyen, where tigers and elephants used to fight to death, for the mere sake of the Emperor – These two sites are not well conserved and not often visited – You will leave the city to discover the village of Thanh Toan, located in the Southern outskirts of Hue. The village has a superb covered bridge, built in the beginning of 18 Century – Back to your hotel by mid-afternoon

Day 4 Hue – Phuoc Tich

Morning:

Pick-up by your English speaking guide at the reception of your hotel – Tour by private a/c vehicle – Departure to the village of Phuoc Tich, located at about 70km far from Hue – Visit the highlights of this very old village dating from the 15 century and still having a respectable number of houses dating from that time

Afternoon:

Resume the visit of the village - Back to your hotel by mid-afternoon
