Among all five stars facing the sea from the walking street in Pattaya South up to the Dolphin Circle in Pattaya North, Amari Orchid Resort is probably the best one. The garden is very spacious and offers an ideal relaxing area to the guests of this very welcoming property.
The resort is divided in two main wings: The garden wing and the tower wing. The garden wing shelters its own lobby, and low rise pavilions hosting guests’ rooms. The tower wing (brand new building) hosts the ‘ICE Bar’, the ‘Horizon Club’, the ‘Sivara Spa’, the Essence restaurant and guests’ rooms.
The whole compound hosts the ‘Henry J. Bean’s Bar and Grill’ and the superb ‘Mantra’ Restaurant and bar. The big garden features 2 swimming pools, a garden lounge and plenty of sun bed. It faces the sea and is at least 5 meters higher than the street level, providing thus all needed privacy to the guests. The numerous restaurants and other luxury amenities of this very airy realm are all superbly decorated and very inviting.
The garden wing is a 3 floors high pavilion shaped building not provided with lift. Superior rooms are rather compact but nicely decorated and fairly equipped: Air conditioning, private superbly equipped bathroom, satellite television, telephone, elegant furniture, safe, tea or coffee maker, WIFI, etc. Deluxe rooms are larger and Suites have private terrace and separated sitting area.
The tower wing shelters almost 300 rooms, deluxe with balcony, executive deluxe or suites… They all feature: Air conditioning, private fully equipped bathroom, satellite television, separated working desk, elegant modernfurniture, WIFI, safe, telephone, etc. Executive rooms or suites are fitted with flat screen televisions, CD player, MP3 player, DVD HIFI system and I-Pod station. The superb executive lounge towers over all Pattaya North, Na-Kluea, and the sea over the Laem Chabang harbour.
Amari Orchid Resort & Tower is a fantastic place to spend a ‘Top Quality’ beach holiday for a very affordable budget, at only 1h30 from Bangkok airport.
